Portrait of Frederick A. Korn, who purchased 20 acre vineyard lot F7 and started a winery in Anaheim in 1869; he married the widow Sophia Horstmann in 1869, adding vineyard lot C7 to his holdings; Korn served as director of the Anaheim Water Company and served several terms on the city's board of trustees (now city council); image shows a bust-length view of Korn with a full beard, wearing a dark suit with vest, light shirt, and dark bow tie.
