Description
Mr. Nigg's blacksmith business later developed into Nigg Engineering. This picture looks like a local holiday carnival (Fourth of July?), with the American Legion selling refreshments. Banner: "Welcome American Legion"; sign: "American Legion canteen"; advertising sign for "Nigg Engineering Corp., steel buildings, structural steel, service stations" and 48 smaller advertising signs for Covina businesses.
