Pressel residence, located at 300 West Santa Ana Street, Anaheim; In 1894 Fred Pressel purchased three acres of property on Santa Ana Street from Charles Lorenz, the house was built in 1896; image shows small wood-frame house with two figures sitting on front porch; ivy-covered fence and grass in foreground.
