Description
Color photograph of Mission Viejo's parade float titled "Sunday at the Lake" in the 1985 Rose Parade Tournament. The float depicts people from the 1920s and 1930s era taking boat rides around floral trees, a boathouse, and a gazebo. The cast of the float is comprised of some members of the Mission Viejo Activities Committee. A flagpole near the gazebo flies the United States and City of Mission Viejo flags. On the side of the float is "Mission Viejo, California" in white letters.
