An aerial view of Grandview Avenue leading up to the El Miradero entrance to Brand Park and Brand Library. At the time of this photograph the single entrance through the front gate is intact, the greenhouse and garage are visible to the left of El Miradero and the red barn to the right. El Miradero was once the home of Leslie C. Brand until his death in 1925 and his wife, Mary Louise Brand, until her death in 1945. Brand deeded his home and property to the City of Glendale to be converted into a public library and park. Title supplied by cataloger.
