Max Nebelung's twenty-acre ranch, located on Orangethorpe Ave., east of Raymond Ave.; image shows pampas plumes, used for parades and pom-poms, drying in the sun; also visible is a barn on the left side of the picture, and four unidentified men harvesting the pampas plumes.
