Oval portrait of Frank Perry, Anaheim merchant who formed a long-term partnership with Carl Pressel and Gilbert Tull, operating the Pressel, Perry and Tull Hardware Store (117 South Clementine Street) for more than twenty years; image shows sitter in half-length view, wearing a dark suit, white shirt and light colored tie with tie pin; a watch chain is visible hanging from his vest button.
