Title supplied. The photograph shows members of 42 outside law enforcement agencies, called in under mutual aid agreements, who turned the Clay Street Garage into a garrison against demonstrators during Stop the Draft Week in Oct. 1967. The route of the marchers would pass the heavily fortified garage before reaching the Oakland Armed Forces Induction Center at 14th and Clay streets.
