Independence Day Parade in Plaza Square, Orange, California, 1888. Original postcard image shows elevated view looking north across Plaza Park with original fountain in center and several figures strolling along unpaved walking paths, enclosed by chain-post fence. Marching band and parade floats visible on unpaved North Glassell Street in the background, with several horse-drawn carriages along side of street.
