Description
Day reports on his visit to Little Tokyo in Los Angeles before the evacuation. He writes of a meeting with the City Planning Commission, his efforts in tracking down Occidental affiliated Japanese Americans, and the general situation surrounding Japanese American businesses and community organizations.
