Description
Horse teams pull wagons full of sweet potatoes. After harvest, the farmers would deliver them to the railroad area to be shipped around the country. The railroad station is the building on the left. Osborn & Son is the two story building on the right, which was purchased by Henry Osborn in 1899. The building also housed the real esate office of Ray Blewett. Note the white dog walking out of the scene on the right of the photograph.
