Description
Black and white photograph of the Mission Viejo Realty building at 25112 Marguerite Parkway. This was the first real estate resale office in Mission Viejo. The building is on the northeast corner of Marguerite and La Paz and is occupied by Miss Meme's Kreative Kids as of 2006. In the photograph, the building has light-colored stucco walls and decorative half-walls and has a Spanish-tile roof. There are long extended roof beams along the front of the building and about six steps with wrought iron railings leading up to the door. There are large white boulders on a lawn area on either side of the steps. The other landscaping consists of several eucalyptus trees and a couple of small pine trees.
