11455539 Copyright restrictions applying to use or reproduction of this image available from the Santa Ana Public Library. Walker, Mrs. Weston Fred Rowland, 1875-59, of 810 S. McClay St. former Santa Ana Mayor and member of the Orange County Board of Supervisors. Two men and a young woman stand on a stage decorated with oranges. Fred Rowland is the one on the right. A Santa Ana Breakfast club sign is draped to the front of the stage and there is a piano on the stage. The young lady holds a trophy and Mr. Rowland holds a bunch of roses in one arm. He was born in Oberlin, Ohio on August 13, 1875 and died in September of 1959.
