Description

The focal point of the family room is the fireplace; it has a red brick hearth and opening, and a mirror above its mantel. The walls on both sides of the fireplace are horizontally paneled with what appears to be redwood panels. Perpendicular to the paneled wall is a window and sliding glass door which look out of the family room onto the backyard's covered brick patio. The family room is furnished with a colorful patchwork sofa, a rust colored chair, a coffee table, end table, lamps, and large house plants. The carpet is rust colored. The frame of the slide has the following information written or typed on affixed labels: "75-003, Frame 017", "5/13/75", "plan 671", "D1 #145."
