Description
The poster features a drawing of five women. On the right side of the poster, there are four women situated within circles: the first is of a woman reading, the second is of a woman staring, the third is of a woman with her infant, and the fourth is of a woman with her hair covered with a scarf. They are rendered in yellow and black. In the middle of the poster, there is a woman situated in front of a weaving structure. She is rendered in black and white. The background colors are brown, orange, and red. The text states, "International Women's Day Celebration, March 10, Third World Women's Committee to celebrate Int'l Women's Day, the Community Learning Center, (Son of Man Temple) - 61st Ave. and E. 14th St., Oakland, 2-6 pm, photo displays, food, skit, songs, cultural performances, childcare provided, speakers, for information: P.O. Box 3065, Berkeley 94703." The text appears in black and white.
