Walker's Market interior, East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California, ca. 1935. Image shows view of "open front" Walker's Market meat department in Dewey & Hessel grocery store (associated with Red & White), located at 216 East Chapman Avenue. Open front markets had folding doors which opened for business. Standing left to right at the display counter are P.E. "Park" Walker (proprietor), Martin Newig, and Mr. Young.
