Title from item. Caption: "Estey & Rogers 1012 Fillmore St. SF". A contact print from the glass negative. The photograph depicts damage to the Empire Theatre by the earthquake of April 18, 1906. Five members of the Marneys, an acting troupe performing at the theater, were killed in upstairs lodgings when the roof collapsed.
