Herman Deutsch, residing at 117 S. Broadway in Los Angeles, advertisment of three of his properties located in Vineyard Lot D5 in Anaheim for sale in blocks of 24 lots each, located between West Center Street (now Lincoln Ave.), Esplanade Ave. (now Cypress Street), Palm Street (now Harbor Blvd.), and Lemon Street; prices per block of 24 lots varied from $4,000 to $5,500 each.
