Accession number: P60 Southeast exposure of Pickwick Hotel, built in 1926 by the Pickwick and Motor Transit Companies (M. Eugene Durfee, architect) for $110,000 on land leased from Fred C. Rimpau, located at 225 South Los Angeles Street (later Anaheim Blvd.); originally called the El Torre Hotel, name changed to Pickwick in 1929; shows a portion of the Anaheim Public Library (Carnegie Building) at 241 South Los Angeles Street, and several automobiles; hotel torn down June 1988.
