Description
Picture of Wolters Elementary School, built in 1916 as Ernest J. Kump, an architect, near the intersection of Shaw Avenue and First Street, Fresno, Calif. Mission Revival architectural elements. The building was the second schoolhouse to occupy the property, and was replaced by a new campus in 1952. The Wolters District was created in 1892 and united with the Fresno Unified School District in 1959.
