Mayor George DeJesus, Council members Farmer? and Don Holt watch Clarie Tynes accept responsibility for ownership of Albert S. Bradford House. Clarie Tynes, president of the Placentia Founders Society, agrees that the Society will lease the house for one dollar a year and care for it as an historical loocation.
