Description
The Marin County Civic Center, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, is located in San Rafael, California. The Administration Building and Hall of Justice commenced construction in 1960 and 1966, respectively. The two-part complex was completed in 1969, 10 years after Wright's death. The complex houses the County's administrative, financial and physical development departments, as well as the Marin County Free Library, the Anne T. Kent California Room and Marin County Superior Court. The Marin County Civic Center is a national and state designated historic landmark.
