Description: A group photo outside Charter Oak Citrus Association. Some children and automobiles are in picture. This packing house was on Covina Blvd. just east of Bonnie Cove. It was along the railroad tracks, as were all packing houses. Charter Oak unincorporated area is about a mile east of downtown Covina.
