Title from container. The image is included in "The Moses Chase album," formerly in the possession of the Oakland Tribune. The Tubbs residence and hotel were prominent features of the former town of Brooklyn, Calif. The image was collected for publication in a special Oakland centennial edition of the Oakland Tribune, 1952. From the Joseph R. Knowland collection at the Oakland History Room, Oakland Public Library. Number in collection : 32.
