Description: Construction of Highway on Katella Avenue between Glassell Street and Tustin Avenue. Image shows view looking east at Katella Avenue just west of Shaffer Street, after road resurfaced and ditches cleaned up. City of Orange, California Public Works Project. The location at this time in 1960 still reflects the agricultural look of many areas of Orange, but has now been developed for commercial uses.
