Description
Gault acknowledges the receipt of Bird's letter of September 18, 1942 (see Dbase #058). He suggests Bird write a letter to Gault's office "stating what you know of the subject and his family and give such facts that you are acquainted with touching upon the loyalty of subject to this Government." He also returns to Bird Akira Shiraishi's letter as requested. [see Shiraishi's letter Dbase #057]
