Pressel residence, located at 300 West Santa Ana Street, Anaheim; In 1894 Fred Pressel purchased three acres of property on Santa Ana Street from Charles Lorenz, the house was built in 1896; image shows facade of house with woman and infant sitting in chair on front porch flanked by trees and shrubery.
