Accession number: P1064 Portrait of Captain Alexander Henry, veteran of the Crimean War and decorated by the British government, arrived in Anaheim ca. 1867 and in 1905 built "Caledonia Grove" ranch; image shows full-length view of Capt. Henry in military uniform, decorated with three medals, holding a glove in his right hand and a cane in his left; backdrop with painted drapery and architectural column visible at far right.
