Description
Orange Union High School graduation ceremony, Orange, California, 1923, which took place on the campus located at 300 North Glassell Street. Image shows graduates sitting in chairs on steps in front of auditorium. The vice principal, Alfred Higgins, stands beside a small table to the right of the graduates, with other faculty seated behind him. On the left of the picture is the original academic building. A piano is visible by the steps at the left, and the audience sits in the sunken lawn. To the right are several arches decorated with foliage. Original photograph from collection of Alfred Higgins.
