The sign on the building reads: Santa Ana Branch. Pacific Southwest Trust & Savings Bank. Bond Department. First Securities Company. On the second story a sign for a dentist with the name of Jacobs is also visible. To the right of the bank a storefront and sign for "Ross-Garcia Pants Maker" is visible with $5.00 for pants and the words "From Maker To Wearer Direct" also visible. To the left James Cafe is visible as well as other storefronts and signs. Automobiles are visible parked on the streeet on both the left and right sides.
