Description
Black and white photograph of an aerial view of Lake Mission Viejo construction site. The view looks north and shows the excavation site of the lake, before it was finished and filled with water. The center of the photograph shows the dam at the north end of the Casta del Sol Golf Course; Alicia Parkway was built across the top of the dam. Marguerite Parkway is at the left of the photograph, with Castille Homes at the bottom left and undeveloped rolling hills across the top. On the back of the photograph is written "Oct. 1, 1976" in pencil.
