There is an arch over the porch. On the large ledges beneath the house's three front windows are round pots with plants in them. The landscaping consists of a lawn, shrubs, a flower bed, and a tree. There is a man and woman standing in front of the home; they are consulting with a man who appears to be a realtor. They are all holding brochures. This photograph is numbered "6" on a proof sheet of 11 proofs. On the back of the sheet is stamped, "H. Lee Hooper Photographer, 9900 Lakewood, Downey, Calif. Phone TOpaz 9-8272." Handwritten on the back is "1892-11."
