Photograph of the crowd gathered in front of the stage at the Rodger Young Village dedication ceremony. Rodger Young Village, a public housing project for veterans named for PFC Rodger Young, who received the Congressional Medal of Honor, was comprised of 1500 units located in Los Angeles adjacent to Griffith Park.
