Accession number: P439 Written in pencil on reverse of one photo, "gift of Jim Sinsley" Portrait of William M. Higgins, who established Anaheim's first drug store (located at the NE corner of Lemon and Center Streets) and was Anaheim postmaster from October 12, 1870 until July 1, 1884; image shows Dr. Higgins in bust-length view, with moustache and goatee, wearing a dark suit and vest, with white shirt and dark tie.
