A group of people gathered in front of the Pixley Furniture Store, clustered around the entrance and peering into the store which was located at 123 N. Glassell Street in Orange, California. Signage above the furniture store read "Orange Undertaking Parlor," located upstairs. Horses in rigs visible in street in the foreground. Inscribed in white text "PIXLEY FURNITURE CO" across building above entranceway. The promotional postcard was postmarked July 24, 1909, sent to "Mrs Carl Johrn [Jorn] Orange" and inscribed "A good place to trade." Photographic print B&w 12.5 x 17.75 cm.
