First Vietnamese Catholic Center in Orange County on the corner of Harbor and Seventeenth, lead by the first Vietnamese Monsignor in Orange County, Monsignor Tien Duc Nguyen. At the entrance to the building there is a cross on the top of what may be a bell tower.
