There are renderings of four possible exterior designs; one is on the cover of the brochure, and three are on page 2. The floor plan is on page 1. There is a description of the home's interior features on page 2. "New Madrid" is above the floor plan at the top of page 1, "in beautiful Mission Viejo" is beneath the renderings at the bottom of page 2. The back cover is a map of the New Madrid's location in relation to the city's major streets and other residential tracts within the city. Above the map reads, "New Madrid, be a home owner...invest now in America's most successful new community...Mission Viejo." To the right of the map reads, "Featuring Tappan Appliances," "Airtemp Division Chrysler Corporation."
