Description
The lodge or clubhouse was a recreational home situated behind the Brands' main residence, El Miradero. The lodge was designed by architect Charles J. Shattuck and completed in 1909. The basement was for adults only, and this photo depicts two pool tables, several chairs, a brick fireplace at the rear with additional chairs, and possibly built-in seats or bookcases to the right. The walls and ceiling are paneled in wood. Title supplied by cataloger.
