May Festival group portrait if Orange City Hall employees, Orange, California, 1961. Image shows group dressed in Mexican-themed costumes standing on the steps of the old Orange City Hall on West Chapman Avenue. The May Festival, which began in 1933 and also included the May Day Parade, continued to be held until 1991.
