Advertisement for W. E. Steiner, Lawn Mowers Only on 501 W. Fourth St. with "the tallest man in the world." Mr. Steiner is pictured next to "the tallest man in the world" who is wearing a suit and top hat. On the front the card is inscribed: Capt. John Creech. Age - 40. Height 8ft 6in. Weight 142 lbs.. It is also inscribed with: W. E. Steiner the "Lawn Mower Man" and includes his address.
The back of the postcard includes the following: Lawn Mowers. Only. Expert Sharpening $1.00, or guaranteed 1 year $1.50. Parts, Welding and Repairs are extra. I have Most All parts. Over seven years experience. Used mowers bought, sold and exchanged. W. E. Steiner. Phone 1004. 501 W. Fourth St., Santa Ana. My used mowers, sharpening and workmanship are as far ahead of others, as this giant is taller than the average man.
