Description
World War I Bond Drive Parade, Orange, California, 1918. Image shows crowd gathered in Plaza Square, watching parade of men in military uniform next to a mock tank along northeast corner. The First National Bank is visible on the southeast corner at far right. Across from it is the National Bank of Orange, later the site of the Wells Fargo Bank building. To the right of the National Bank of Orange is the E.F. Whitted block (built 1902, raised 1954), with a millinery and MacDonald Furniture Company.
