Picture of the San Joaquin Light & Power Building in Fresno, California, located at 1401 Fulton Street. Richard F. Felchlin, along with engineer Charles Franklin and chief desinger Raymond Shaw, built the San Joaquin Light & Power Building in 1923. Constructed in Sullivanesque style.
