Description
Bird begins by briefly referring to a letter he wrote to Thurston Davies of Colorado College (see Dbase #012). Bird then describes the increasing problems destined to develop for Nisei Japanese and proposes a plan to help relocate Japanese American students to mid-west region. The remainder of the letter is focused on re-evaluating a possible nominee who is to head the NYA-CCC.
