Black and white photograph of California Governor Ronald Reagan standing behind a lectern and delivering a speech at Saddleback College's dedication in October 1978. Three seated men dressed in suits are visible at the left of the photograph. There is a seal on the wooden lectern that reads "Seal of the Governor of the State of California IIIXXX" and has a picture of the California flag and State flower on it. Next to the lectern is a flower arrangement. The top of the photograph shows the roof of a striped canopy under which the governor is speaking and the men are sitting. On the back of the proof sheet from which this photograph was scanned is stamped,"Received Oct 23 1968 Marketing Dept." and "Credit - Photography By Richard A. Pucillo, 2024 Meyer Pl. Costa Mesa Phone 714-646-5934." Handwritten on the back of the sheet is "Dedication of Saddleback College, Attended by Gov. Reagan" and "P20060109-07D."
