Black and white photograph of the exterior of a Mission Ridge model home in Mission Viejo, California. The house is single story, has a wood shake roof, white stucco siding, and a three-car garage. The garage doors and the area above them have vertical wood siding. There are two arches on the facade of the house; one of them is over the home's front window, the other is over the middle garage door. The landscaping of this model has not yet been completed and is mostly dirt; however, there is a large circular, brick planter with a tree planted in it on the right-hand side of the yard. On the back of the photograph is "Photographed by Douglas Craig & Associates, 1715 Monrovia Ave., Costa Mesa, California (714) 642-6791" stamped in red ink.
