Description
Image shows classroom interior with school children at Malaga Cove School, located at 385 Via Almar in Malaga Cove. The grammar school, built for a cost of $85,000, opened on April 5, 1926. Students are reading at their desks while Miss Genevieve Kendall observes the class from in front of the built-in bookcase along back wall. A display of models is visible beneath windows at far right. An upright piano is visible through an archway at far left.
