Dick Rosenquist, Assistant Superintendent of Schools [holding sign] -- Jean Tenret, Board of Education -- Dr. Sidney McGaw [front seat] Banner on side of car reads "Happy Birthday, Dr. Sidney McGaw. September 22, 1908-1983." McGaw was born on the day of Albany's incorporation and thus his birthday coincided with the City's. Donated to the Albany Historical Society 8/15/85, by Dorothy Boyd.
