Description
The poster features a black and white drawing of a group of people situated in front of letter blocks that spell out "CANE". Behind the group is a wrecking ball with the letters RDA written across it; the ball appears positioned to demolish CANE. The image is framed within a black border. The text, written in English states, "Committee Against Nihomachi Eviction (CANE) Principles: 1. To stop the dispersal & destruction of Nihomachi & keep it a small-business and residential area. 2. To uphold the rights of residents and small business." There is also Japanese text below the image border. All text is written in black.
