Description

The text, written in English states, "Committee Against Nihomachi Eviction (CANE) Principles: 1. To stop the dispersal & destruction of Nihomachi & keep it a small-business and residential area. 2. To uphold the rights of residents and small business." There is also Japanese text below the image border. All text is written in black.
