The entrance area of Santa Ana First Federal Savings and Loan Association in the former Dr. Julius Crane house on 518 N. Broadway. The windows look out on Broadway; beyond the trees is the Old Orange County Courthouse. A car is visible in the street. A sign on the corner of Santa Ana Blvd and Broadway proclaims the name, the time of day and the temperature. The house became the Smith-Tuthill-Lamb Mortuary after 1910. It became the Civic Center office of Santa Ana First Federal Savings and Loan Association in 1978 and later became California Federal Bank.
