Description
Moise informs DeWitt of the endorsement of a proposal which would design communities serving first as evacuation centers for Japanese Americans and later as rehabilitation centers for disabled members of armed forces. This letter serves as a cover letter that summarizes another letter from President Wilbur of Stanford University and others to General DeWitt (see Dbase #018). Moise requests a copy of this letter to be sent to Remsen Bird (see Dbase #020).
